Overview:
Located in the northeastern corner of Indiana, Angola is bordered by two other states – Michigan to its north, and Ohio to its east. Angola experiences a large range of temperatures throughout the year, resulting in warm, humid summers and cold winters.

Temperatures peak for the year in July, with only 5 days per year above 90°F on average, and these temperatures hit their lowest in January. The growing season in this region has progressively gotten longer, and precipitation stays relatively constant throughout the year, with some large precipitation events occurring during the summer months.
