Expansion and Automation of Web-based Station Climatologies

Project Summary

GLISA’s >200 station climatologies are a popular resource, but were not updated automatically or available in a printer-friendly format, and only a handful or stations had custom summary narratives. MRCC leveraged GLISA’s existing climatology code to build and finalize an interactive web version to be exported to print. The team also developed 25 custom climate narratives to fill spatial gaps in the region.
