Sustained Partnerships

GLISA sustains engagements with a number of partners in the Great Lakes through convening and participating in regional networks.

GREAT LAKES CLIMATE ADAPTATION NETWORK (GLCAN)

GLCAN is a regional network of local government staff and partners that actively work together to identify and act on the unique climate adaptation challenges of the Great Lakes region.  GLISA coordinates the network with bi-monthly calls.  If you are from a city, county, or other local government interested in joining GLCAN, please see our flyer for more information on the network and who to contact.

GLISA Advisory Boards

Our Science Advisory Committee (SAC) and Practitioner Working Group (PWG) have contributed to our Great Lakes Ensemble project for several years and will now more broadly serve all of GLISA’s work. The members listed on this page have committed to 2.5 year terms beginning in 2021.
